Richard Hunting CBE, Non-Executive Chairman
Was elected a Non Executive Chairman and Director on the formation of Hunting PLC in 1989 and has been Chairman of the Board since 1991. Chairman of the Nominations Committee. He is a non-executive director of the Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Trust.
Dennis Proctor, Chief Executive
Was appointed a Director in 2000 and Chief Executive in 2001. He was chief executive of Hunting Energy Services from March 2000 after joining the Group in 1993. He is based in Houston, Texas and has held senior positions in the oil services industry in Europe, the Middle East and North America.
Peter Rose, Finance Director
Was appointed Finance Director of Hunting PLC in 2008 in addition to his existing role as Company Secretary. A Chartered Accountant, held senior positions in industry before joining Hunting in 1997. He is based in London.
John Hofmeister, Non-Executive Director
Was appointed a Non-Executive Director in 2009 and is the Senior Independent Director. A US citizen resident in Houston, Texas. He is former President of Shell Oil Company US and a former Group Director of Royal Dutch Shell in The Hague, Netherlands. He is founder and chief executive officer of the Washington D.C. registered not-for-profit Citizens for Affordable Energy Inc. and a non-executive director of Lufkin Industries Inc and Camac Energy Inc.
John Nicholas, Non-Executive Director
Was appointed a Non-Executive Director in 2009 and is chairman of the Audit Committee. A British citizen and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is currently a non-executive director of Mondi Group and Rotork PLC and a member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel. He was formerly the Group Financial Director at Tate & Lyle plc and prior to that Group Finance Director at Kidde plc
Andrew Szescila, Non-Executive Director
Was appointed a Non-Executive Director in September 2011 and joins the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. A US citizen, he is a former executive of Baker Hughes where he held a number of roles including Chief Operating Officer. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Frontera Resources, the AIM listed E&P company and formerly a director US based technology group Nova Drill.
